What do with burgers?

Cook them as you normally would, then put a slice of tomato, a sprinkle of italian herbs, and then a slice of cheese on top (whatever you have is fine but mozzerella is lovely). Grill for a few minutes until the cheese has gone melted and crispy. Serve with pasta, I usually stir a bit of pesto through but you could use a tomato based sauce instead.
Beautiful!

OH tells me that his Dad used to make beef burger pie when the were little. Basically it was chopped up burgers, cooked in some gravy with mixed veg added then covered with a pastry lid and baked.
I usually go with the turning them into meatballs idea!0 -

I had this as well, flash fry them along with the onions, add gravy mix (and a dash of beer if you like and mixed veg and stick it in a pie - either pastry or mash topped. The truth may be out there, but the lies are inside your head. Terry Pratchett

I have found two ASDA Extra Special Beef & Sundried Tomato burgers lurking in the freezer which I would like to use up for dinner this week. Only problem is that my dad is staying with us so there are 3 of us ...
So, anyone got an imaginative recipe that uses burgers so that I can stretch this meat for the 3 of us?
I will be able to buy ingredients but don't just want to buy extra burgers and bung them in buns!!Pennies make pounds.
