Think I must be same as you Kaat lady...I sleep when I'm tired and that's all. :)
I don't want to go down the route of tablets from the dr's but I wondered if anyone had tried the natural ones that are advertised on tv?

I tried SHIATSU once and it worked but that was years ago and you had to put pressure on the leg three fingers above the ankle

    ooh its raining

As I say it worked for a while and then I used to sleep no bother until lately

that was quick ,, the rains stopped

Why not speak to your local pharmacist, there very knowledgeable people and much underused ;)

Right I'll have a look out for valerian tea and call in to see my local pharmasist... ooops spelling...pharmacist! :)
Thanks you two! :) Off to wander around the boards now and find some more scrummy recipes and marvel at how some OS'ers manage on very tight budgets. :)

pretz... that sounds bad... sounds like you ought to visit the pharmacist too! and well done you for running before bed, but if it makes you feel sick... have you tried walking instead? a bit more gentle exercise might help :D
