I tried SHIATSU once and it worked but that was years ago and you had to put pressure on the leg three fingers above the ankle

As I say it worked for a while and then I used to sleep no bother until lately
that was quick ,, the rains stopped

my doctor suggested going for a run 30 minutes before going to bed but all it does is make me feel yuck although swimming makes me tired but i cant sleep due to the smell of cholrine.
i need to find something though as i still haven't slepted since 5am friday morning0 -

pretz... that sounds bad... sounds like you ought to visit the pharmacist too! and well done you for running before bed, but if it makes you feel sick... have you tried walking instead? a bit more gentle exercise might helpA family that eats together, stays together
