I am still not sleeping, its been four weeks, I feel at the end of my tether, I am just so tierd, went to the hypnotherapist yesterday, but no luck, last night, I just feel like crying, am trying to eat lots of carbohydrates today.

  • Lettuce is good for sleeping! You could try a lettuce sandwich before bed, or lettuce soup would do the trick.

No, I could understand it if I had, only that now I am so wound up about not sleeping that that isnt helping now either.

  • No, that doesn't help does it!!! Horlicks is a good one to try. Also they're operating a thing at the moment where if you're not sleeping better after two weeks they'll give you your money back!
