You people always say buying. When actually its borrowing. No wonder this is going to get messy. No wonder the world economy is collapsing. It never was buying. It was always borrowing.
edit: I have typed this under my name have I? Phew.
No mewbs, it's using a mortgage to buy a house. I have the comfort knowing my mortgage will be payed off by the year 20xx. Then it will be holidays and enjoyment with no rent/mortgage worries and a nice house for the kids to inherit.0 -

I have no problem with that. It's the multiple property 'owning' peeps who have actually mortgaged and remortgaged their own family home in order to gamble on a rising property market, that I have difficulty with. "I'm thinking of my children" they say, while risking everything, including the family home.No mewbs, it's using a mortgage to buy a house.0 -
How is buying a house for them to inherit gambling with their future?
Come on fungus you can do better then that.
Mate, he's up to his lug-holes in debt, probably flogging the kids toys on ebay to pay the leccy :beer:
Got about a 7times mortgage on a docker's wage:eek:
That's gambling, pure and simple:rotfl::rotfl:0 -
