Yes, but you are spending a lot of money servicing those properties, especially when you do not have a tennant. It's not all continual profit. You go four months without a tennant, at £500 per month, your £2000 down.0 -

Shares don't get rising damp, leaks, need new kitchens ad lamintae flooring, have bills and dodgy roofs and boilers, don't have water rates etc etc etc :eek::eek:

ANd as for tenants, don't get me started...when I was a student me and my mates trashed a t least 3 student houses when we were wrecked :j:jand we rarely paid the rent, landlords used to go mental, nothing they could do:rotfl::rotfl:
