(((((((((((((((((((((((HUGS taplady, hope things are not a serious as your husband thought ))))))))))))))

My quilting friend sent me an email aksing about Aldi's baby wool, so I nipped down to see for her, got 4 250kgm balls for her. Then went on to the pine shop to see if the chaps could move the wardrobes for me....the answer was yes........!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hooray............it will cost me £50 but its well worth it, they know which screws to undo etc.

Traffic was horrendous....of course I would choose to go the day both football and rugby matches were being played at home!!!!

Spent the rest of the afternoon chilling, put the beef and bean stew in on the remote control.....put the dough balls on the top and we had carrots and brussels with it, banana custartd for afters.

I have been reading a !!!!!! Francis book, I am fighting the urge to go and get it and finish reading it....but if I do I have nothing to read in bed tonight except the Coutry Interior magazines and OH always says it costs him money when I read those.

He has been fine all day today..........
will be finishing off the front of his pullover I think, then have just a sleeve to do and it can be sewn up.

    Evening all

Big hugs to Taplady & to PP.

I'm having trouble finding time to post on here regularly, work is very busy, I'm doing an extra 30 mins a day, hubby has another weeks work at school next week.
I did a table top sale this morning, total waste of time hardly any buyers, stall cost £6 & I sold £3 of stuff, BOW was at the same sale, causing havoc, selling out of date lukewarm sausage rolls, people complaining, I ducked & left early, came out & locked my cars in the boot of the car, phoned the AA & my membership had lapsed end of Feb, DD came out & called RAC, took them an hour & 40 mins to get to me, but they were able to jimmy the lock. Then I looked after DGD & DGS while DD went to Tesco for her shopping, all I want to do now is sleep, but still have 3 hours sewing to do on backdrop for school play, what joy.

    Hugs to all
    Hester
