This is my last comment on this thread, I know I have said it before, but, the buyer has no contract with the manufacturer under SoGA, the manufacturer can, (and have done), tell the buyer to get lost, it is in the SoGA it is on all the government backed websites and it is how the buyer should proceed, against the retailer.
