We had a sun holiday last April, and the weather was naff, but I sorted out the cash we had and limited to a certain amount per day and as you said when its gone its gone!

Think I will sort out another sealed pot for the holiday fund!

And will do a shop at mrT before we go, so dont have to go to any overpriced shops!

got a letter back from school today saying that they could not authorise taking the kids out of school, but as long as children don`t have too much time of school, they doubt anything will be done about us taking the kids out of school regardless, Dave

so they won't authorise holidays, but they don't actually mind because you don't do it often? That's good news I suppose?
