I've given up too. Nothing for August at all in the South and Kent area. Pile of poop. Nevermind. There is always October half term!

We have kids in two different counties and some go back on 7th and some on 3rd!
We only managed to get the 31st so will have to call the school about the thurs and fri. Didnt get first choice park either but went for something completely different Lakeland (near windemere) which looks better than where i wanted.

that's been one of the hardest hols I've had to book :mad: . I'm so pleased someone managed to guess the last code, otherwise i'd have had even more trouble in the morning. I did get a 3 night break near to me, not any of my first choice dates but not too bad. I normally get first choice park and dates. maybe not as many in the main school holidays as normal.

I have tried lots of diffrent options with skegness butlins and no joy,i input every date available and butlins never came up to book once,dont think butlins is even available.

Well after much disapointment, and only having pontins coming up as available for 24th aug, we ummed and arred, and decided to see if there was any availability for weekend 12th june. my eldest's 10th birthday, and we didnt know wat to do for him, as we had said no more parties, made up we got haven cala gran (hope its nice there!!) as its local to us, pick kids up from school and wizz them straight there for birthday treat. Not quite sure wat to do about the monday- think I will have to ring skool to say theyve been poorly, but knowing my luck they wont hold their water and go back the tues telling everyone theyve been on hols!!

Yes, Anyway, Better than nowt!! Have to rethink for summer hols, but for now we have week away may halfterm from Januarys sun hols, and 2 weeks later weekend away, not bad going-Thanks for the "Days" last code word:T

No I don't think any of them are - I tried all 3 butlins and the 3 august dates (you only have to put in 3 of each if you want, you don't have to put 4) and it just said nothing available.

I didn't try the july date though.

I wanted prestatyn but can't get it for either of the may dates, and can't get greenacres for may 22nd either, got it for the 29th though. Same results for may when trying for 4 people and when trying for 5.
