Glad you are back with us GG. Well done on the debt progress. Hope you find something positive on the job front soon! I've found job hunting is like buses - you have nothing on the go and then everything happens at once!

Awww - you girls are lovely.

Think the old periodicals have come into play hence why so emotional and so VERY CROSS and NARKY at the drop of a hat. Poor Mr GG. He says its ok to be grumpy, though not ok to take it out on him. Which to me is bananas as then I have nobody to rant at and nobody to listen to my nonsense, which in turn means I am not able to alleviate and release all these feelings. Surely there must be other ladies who feel like this every month?

I truly am sick of the debt and truly sick of living on nothing..... I guess thats the price you pay for frivoulously spending money that I never had in the first place.

Have taken on board some of the comments on here and instead of aiming high, eg: Must get below £10k, MUST get below £10k, I am breaking it down into smaller more manageable pieces. So my goals are:

Get a job (kinda key to me achieving all my other goals!)
    Get debt to below £20k
    Cheer the heck up
Concentrate on what IS going right for ME compared to others who are in a worse situation
    Stop eating when bored

I think that is plenty to be getting on with, don't you?

I am being dragged out to the flick's tonight under duress. Don't want to go. Not even a film I want to see. Hey ho, the things we do for men.

Enjoy the flick - good for your relationship to go out together....

Hypno and others use coloured squares on a grid. I think Hypno uses £50 squares as she has large amounts to pay off but others use £5 or whatever does it for them.... That is breaking it into even more manageable pieces. I just stare at my various snowball accounts for hours to see how much I could pay off if I got job x compared with job y!

    Alright everybody?

Sadly not much to really report. No job news WHATSOEVER, either full time or temp. I called all the agencies I am with to tell them to consider me for temp work and so far, nothing. One agency apparently have news for me, but the contact there is currently unavailable, so who knows which way that will go. Probably not in my favour. The company that is hiring have messed me around so much that I am not even sure I want to work for them (this is the firm that kept me waiting for an hour!). Though, they know that they have the upper hand and supply exceeds demand hence why they are being so shabby with communication.

On the MSE front, I have more £2 coins.... OOOOOOOOOOoooooooo...... I do. I know have about £26 I think. Love it love it! Mr GG got given £4 in £2 coins last week, I will try and find out where he put them. Me telling him that I collected them, did not have the desired effect of him handing them over to me. Instead he looked at me like I was a weirdo. Which, of course, I am! LOL.

Sold another book on GM, so that is another £3, will whizz that off to the lucky buyer today. Have a million and one jobs to do this week and no time to do it.

Made a bit of a bodge up, in getting the car MOT'd when I think its not due for another 5 mths, its the tax that is due. Am such a total dimwit. So we have spent money unneccesarily, however, we do need some new tyres as we are not entirely roadlegal with the state of the ones on there, so in some ways my mess up has had a positive outcome. Sorta. Well that is what I am telling Mr GG.

Isnt the weather today lovely! Really really nice. Muggy a bit, then sunny a bit, make your mind up!

When its sunny its too hot to shop, who wants to spend time in nice air conditioned shops flashing the plastic when you could be at home, getting a load of washing on the line!

    Til the next installment...............
