Kinda looks that way. I agree with you completely. WHY do we need this? What sad little lives are we leading that we need to watch this ? Get out and get a life for goodness sake
If you bought a map of the UK you wouldn't just put it on the shelf without opening it would you? The first thing you would probably do is look to see areas that you know. That's all that people are doing with Street View. Its something to look at a few times and then ignore until you need it.
There is no 'watching' involved which makes me think you haven't really got a clue what you're talking about.0 -
As an HGV driver its brilliant. I can look through my route to see if there are any low bridges, weight limits or any other hazards on that route. Lets hope they do more of the country.0

Really is amazing. I just revisited the place of my birth (it's in Holland) and since I left when I was still very young the memories that were once verging on the edge of dreams/imagination are being confirmed as real. So surreal. Do you know the feeling of deja vu in a good way ... that's what it feels like.0

Why do we need it? Well, maps are OK if you're driving, because there are road signs every couple of meters, but if you have to find your way through a city like London for the first time, then a simple map is harder to use. With this, it's much easier to find your way around, as you can make notes of what you will actually be seeing.0

Am I the only person with reservations about this? All you guys getting excited about these views... are you sure you want your house on view? Your mum's house? Your lover's... yourself?
There are cameras just everywhere now. Can't even pick my nose without having to do a 360 check to be sure no one's watching!0 -
