OOOOO thursday is a REALLY big day!!
I would say sorry to hear you've been so busy but I reckon it's not a bad thing considering it's all job related... 25 calls in one day and lunch at 5.27pm though
I know that paperwork feeling - although I now have folders with sticky labels - my own filing system..... still not a tidy thing though!!
Good luck for everything SH xLBM - 17th November 2008 - better late than never

Much more relaxed day today. I decided to get my nails done (for the first time ever!) as an interview and birthday treat! I've been biting my nails with the stress of everything and that is not quite the right image to present for a high flying job. I also managed for about the first time in my life to get some shoes that "sang to me". Normally cos my feet are large and wide they don't have "pretty" shoes in stock for me! These are from evans £30 and are black patent with a white trim.....
Very expensive day on the cost front but if I got to next stage it would be worth it - and if I don't at least I have a consolation prize job due to start next week! I snook a £5 carvery and drink in too as tomorrow is going to be so hectic!
Hope everyone else is okay!Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

Wow SH, it's been all go the last couple of days! Very interesting that your birthday is on Thursday, as well as an interview, sounds like could be your lucky day! Happy Birthday for tomorrow, incase don't get logged on!
Fingers crossed! x0 -
I hate buying shoes as well, also suffering from large wide feet. They fit fine in the shop and then bite me when they get home. My sister has done so well out of me for shoes.

Hi all - spoke to the agency about next week's job too - they are tying up a couple of loose ends but she doesn't think there is anything that would stop me starting Tues.... They are apparently very excited about me starting! Luckily she doesn't know about tomorrow's interview! (I think there would be a second stage anyway)
I keep smiling with delight at my nails and my shoes - my kids think I've gone dolally! It is such a new experience for me! Need to read up on the company now and prepare for tough questions on my wonderful people skills and leadership capability!
I also have a baby sitter arranged for tomorrow night and OH and I are going out together for a bit.... I have 4 cards waiting for me to open in the morning too so far...Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030
