    Hi SH,

That's rubbish you still haven't heard, I suppose no news is good news as they say! Will pop on later to see if any news, but don't suppose there will be tonight! I have won a grand total of 70p on the scratchies, woohoo! Keep hoping for a fiver, ha!

Hi Swinstie - thanks for popping in - yep got 20p from scratchies today too but £5 from bingoport....

DS's SATs seemed to go okay - he is happy enough about today anyway.

A poss job has come up - 4 day week - okayish money - would end up with more pay for the 4 days than the role I mentioned earlier - altho less than last week's job...

I just feel really frustrated! At least if I was working again on any job - we could make real progress on clearing our debts!

Hi MissKJ - will have to see what today brings. My e-mail isn't working - so will have to ring one agency and give them a different email address as otherwise they can't send me the job spec.

    DS had science yesterday.

Need to get house straight as MIL may be coming tomorrow as it will be DD's birthday. Need to finish wrapping DD's pressies!

Hope everyone else has a good day!

No news - the person dealing with it at the agency is off until tomorrow - so I hope I may hear something then.

Met a friend for coffee and lunch so that was a positive spot in my day. I also went to charge up my DD's birthday present only to find that the adapters didn't fit the DS I had. I have therefore had to return the pink accessories to Amazon and just buy a basic charger in town as they didn't have what I wanted - what a palaver!

Decided to get DD some DVDs to make up for it - some from MIL too - still need to wrap them all!

It is nearly time to get off to school again - can't believe how quickly the day goes. It is a lovely bright shiney day today tho - but I jump every time the phone rings....

Hope everyone else is doing okay?

STILL not heard re last week's job!

It does look like I have an interview for a 6 month job tomorrow and I have also been put forward for a different 4 day week job - so at least that is something positive!

Off to help a friend do a bit more packing then need to try and get house shipshape as MIL coming for a birthday tea with DD! DD was thrilled with her Nintendo DS - she asked me if I had had it a while because she didn't think I could afford it at the moment - bless! She seems to like the junior brain training best so far so that is cool! She was so excited at school yesterday - her teachers were a bit worried about what state she would be in today!

DS felt yesterday's sats went okay - he has more today! Not right for an 11 year old to have to do an exam every day for 5 days! We never did!

Right best get off! Have a good day everyone!
