Hope you manage to find some jobs to apply for. They are like hens teeth where I live and also like you feel very fed up.

Hi Lucielle - Thanks for posting - hope you get something soon too! The job market is HORRIBLE currently isn't it! I've been applying for jobs for 4 months now and I've kind of lost my get up and go!

Just made myself ring 3 agencies - going thro the rest of my phone contacts to see if they've got anything - before I go pick up the kids! I have organised a hair appointment for 11.30 Thursday so that should cheer me up and make sure it looks good for interview next Tuesday! Last night I also gave in and used some clubcard tokens to order a subscription to my favourite magazine - Psychologies.... :j

Oh well back to phoning agencies I suppose!

Oh well rang another 4. Only 1 of them has anything altho that is further away and lower money than I want to earn.... Probably will apply anyway - I've asked him to ask for more dosh for me. can but try!

I've found some roles on the internet I should apply for - will try after kids in bed! Now going to watch Wild Child again - this time with the kids. My DS is feeling poorly today but still went to school. He says he really likes me being home so I told him to keep telling me lots as I am so BORED!

:jI just got my 4th medal (at 2000 posts) - woohoo!:j

Kids liked Wild child too! Roast beef again for tea yum - made it last 3 days okay! Need to perhaps do extra veg! Might make DD something else - she's not that keen so don't want to waste it on her LOL!

House still a tip, it is still raining so no progress on garden either... Need to do some more work on job hunting when kids are in bed. Hope you have all had a good day!:A

Thanks Karen - I agree on the "don't do housework day" thing - shame it is almost every day in our house tho!:rotfl:

Enjoy your time to yourself. You crave it when you are working, but now I'm not I just want to get back to work! I still want it to be the right work tho and am not prepared to lower my standards too low. Just hope my strategy works! At least I have an interview next week but I am going to be so gutted if I don't get the job! Still not heard back on last weeks job - I think I might pluck up courage and ring the agency on that one tomorrow. See if they've had any feedback yet....

I SOOOOOOOOOOO need a job! Pretty please, someone, job ???

I found a new gismo! I've joined the debt free by a birthday challenge. I am 40 next year so really want to be credit card debt free by then! So based on £205 payment in next few days, that is 1.3% closer to my goal! I so hope I get a job soon - or my tracker won't move much at all
