    Lol! I work from home 99% of the time and still find it hard to motivate myself! Have a report that is due in before lunchtime and am struggling to focus on it. Need to get it done though!

    Good luck with the report CMD - not much progress this end yet... I tend to get more motivated as the deadline approaches tho... so will probably have more luck late afternoon / tonight altho by then kids will be home again!

    Snap! I am exactly the same. Am making reasonable headway though so don't feel bad. Think it has just hit me the amount of work I have to do before I go on maternity leave. Aghhhhhhhh!

    when do you finish cmd - can't be that long now?

    I finish up on the 5th Feb. I am working until week 38. I kind of regret that now but don't think I will have everything if I left before then and would feel bad.

    Hi el - yeah xmas and new year were fairly relaxing. Went back to work yesterday but snowed in today - not too bad a start!
