Tiredness definitely won't be helping but it was a slippery floor and my boot slid - and then so did I face first out a door!!!!! I was really lucky it was a push open external door and it opened!
I've been flying there a few times too, and it's not an unusual thing from what I recall... Hopefully it went in the accident book?
hi csa and se - I agreed I could work from home today - got some work done.

Still in pain - in neck and shoulders now not just elbows and knee! But my knee swelling has gone down a bit and I have more freedom of movement now. Intend to go into work tomorrow.
Hope you're feeling better quicksticks SH :) And glad they let you work from home today too! :T

The result of our  moment has meant that we are in the process of getting CAB's debt advice case worker to freeze the interest/charges on the relevant debts, and about to start proceedings to sell DH&MIL's house... if it comes off, and we get what the estate agent seems to think is a realistic figure, and it actually sells, we could all walk away (aside from student loans) debt free, with even a couple of grand to our names! Now hoping and praying (and stressing) that all will go to plan (and that MIL sticks with the plan too!) and that it goes as smoothly as possible! :o If it does, she should be much safer, in sheltered accomodation, potentially with housing benefit helping her out too.:D So get praying that it happens!!!;)

  • Good luck Big Zippy. My grandma had a wonderful flat in sheltered accomm and absolutely loved it, she never looked back so fingers crossed for that.

SH, thankfully, our camp shuts down on Friday and doesn't open again until the 4th Jan. So two weeks off, hooflippinray!!!! We get two days "grant" added to the bank hols so only actually use 5 days of leave.

Hope you're doing ok and the cold isn't making it worse.

Sorry to hear about your nasty fall. As BZ says make sure it's in the accident book. if it happens a lot their h&s needs looking at before someone sues them.

Thanks CSA, just what I needed to hear! :) I think it really would be the best decision for her, regardless of the financial situation...I just hope she continues to think it too or it could turn into a battle!

Hope your doing ok after your fall SH, do you have any arnica? It can help with bruising.

I've no idea what I'm doing on bp anymore, I did the bingo, then started on slots, and I never seem to get anywhere, are there any tricks/tips I could borrow? x
