  • I am in quite a big of pain but nothing broken and clothes okay LOL:money:

Tiredness definitely won't be helping but it was a slippery floor and my boot slid - and then so did I face first out a door!!!!! I was really lucky it was a push open external door and it opened!

Ooh sounds nasty. Well don't go into work tomorrow if you are still sore. They should have told you to take the day off anyway

it is the driving that worries me - am hopeful I could do some work tomorrow - from the settee potentially if I can't drive in. Intended to do some from home this afternoon but was almost crying in pain on the bed after my bath - even after taking a second lot of ibuprofen within 2 hours of the first! It has improved a bit now

hi csa and se - I agreed I could work from home today - got some work done.

Still in pain - in neck and shoulders now not just elbows and knee! But my knee swelling has gone down a bit and I have more freedom of movement now. Intend to go into work tomorrow.

I have been having some difficulties with something going on at work - a side benefit of me being off is that my boss has seen for themselves the problem - and is now working with me to resolve it rather than brushing it off - so hopefully that should also now improve...

    Hope you are all okay...

Got a book off amazon today recommended on hypno's thread - why am I so disorganised - makes interesting reading! House currently looks like a bombsite again (apart from the beautiful decorations lol) It will be interesting to see if I manage to apply any of it!

  • Hooray for boss seeing what's going on! Mine was a pain in the bum today. He blocked off all afternoon about a month ago saying "oh we'll go for drinks with another dept", then unblocked it and told me off because I didn't have any work booked in! I was never given the option and if I had been, going for drinks certainly wouldn't be my first choice! Grrrrr.
