Thanks Lucielle. I so want a perm job, local to me... at the right money. Is it really too much to ask LOL?

Oh well for tea - I found some piri piri marinade in the cupboard so we are having chicken breast, onions, mushrooms, mixed peppers and brown rice for tea. I reckon it should just come in under a fiver for 4 as I have half the bottle left and the mushroom and peppers were from the frozen section. The chicken was part of a 3 packs for £10 deal so again £3.35 for the meat or so....

There is a lot to be said about a local job....trouble is, for me, that means not the right money!!!

well I have straightened my hair ready for tomorrow - will just need to give it a top up tomorrow. Glad I have sat nav to help me get where I am going... Not going to make it to bed for when I wanted either as I still need to print out the address for the interview tomorrow and work out where to park.

I have repacked the dishwasher, done the kitchen counters and nipped to the shop for bread, milk and sandwich fillers. Not sure where my prioritisation skills went to - hope I find them ready for next week lol!

Well the work bit went fine - met some nice, friendly people including some of my team. Looks quite positive so far.

I then dashed to my interview. Seemed to go okay. He said I was better than he thought from my CV and gave me some interview tips :) That job is a perm job and better money but would give me work/life balance issues... We'll see what happens....

Absolutely shattered now so goodness knows how I will feel next week EEEK

    Thanks El

I have now been rung by another agency who recruit in my field but also have a related vacancy for their own offices. I have an interview with them next Thurs after work. They sound quite confident they can get me a job at better £ than the one next week. We'll see. I am currently of the opinion that a bird in the hand is better than the two birds in the bush but I am still open to other opportunities! For once I am putting the needs of our family and finances first!

I was due to go out with another friend last night but didn't as too focused on today but may see if she is around later!

We are having chippy chips for tea with a home cooked curry sauce. Hopefully that will be nice - we will forget about the calories for today! Afterall I have had no lunch. Did have porridge for breakfast but that was it
