Well today went fine. The people so far seem genuinely nice. I am going to have my own office which gives me recovery time between meetings etc! Sorry - time to work on strategy etc!
My boss is away so can't really comment on what they are like yet. But tomorrow and Wednesday I am on a course so will get home a little earlier and have something positive to put on my CV which is good....
OH remembered to get DD but I did ring him to remind him - just as well as he asked me which one she was at! I wanted a chinese on the way home but our favourite was shut - so I ended up in M&S. Luckily most of it was covered by a credit note I had - and we haven't done our grocery shop this week yet anyway. Just bought some bits for the kids packed lunch and some things for tea for the next few days.
Hoping to watch flashforward later... in the meantime have gorgeous food to look forward to very shortly!
Hope everyone else is okay!Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

            Hi SH,
Sorry not been in for a while, getting back to normal slowly! You've just reminded me, that I have a wash in, need to hang it up before bed. Haven't had a chance to read everything, but I take it this was the first week of your new job?! Glad it went well.
Well done on the Matalan bargains, I always get OH lovely stuff in there for Xmas.0
