Thank you for noticing I thought it was only me who saw the tiny gains I'm getting.

Sore to hear about bike repairs required. I know your pain over vehicle costs

Hi Maya - more than welcome to join the party here! :beer:Thanks for posting!

:THi Shelley - I keep an eye on that sig in the light of your handbag and sunglasses spends LOL! :rotfl:I am sure when you are house savings the % points are not that tiny really!:T

We were expecting the motorbike costs so were grateful it wasn't an immediate £500 but yeah not great timing. OH would like a newer bike as £500 is more than the bike is worth but I said to him if £500 would keep it on the road for another year -we could be nearly debt free by then if I get a job so lets review it then. He was okay with that in practice...

I "only" had 6 kids in the end - 2 were out but they'd replaced one by letting a friend come over . The older kids were about 10-12 - 3 of them - hardly knew I had them the 3 that were 2-6 did the whole I need a drink, wee, music, company thing a few times but since I've babysat before and am stricter than their parents about bedtime they knew that I meant it when I sent them back to bed! :rotfl:I got lovely kisses from the adorable 2 year old and a cuddle which considering my week was very welcome!

Just withdrew £10 from a daily scratchcard so that was a nice start to the day!:j

  • only 6 kids, well that was probably a lot easier than 7 then :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Shame about the job, but I'm sure you'll find something better soon, where they are a good "cultural fit" for you rather than the other way round :p. What's that all about anyway... if you can do the job, you can do the job!
