I got to sleep about 1.30am which was an improvement on some of the other nights. Thanks everyone for your support and good wishes!:T
Well I had my interview today - not sure when I will find out the outcome. I got on well with the interviewers and we had a laugh and a joke so hopefully that was a good sign but who knows????
I am going to be so gutted if they say no and absolutely hyper if they say yes!!!
I keep visualising various outcomes in my head from getting the job and picking out my company car and bargaining for more money to sobbing my heart out if I don't get it!!!
:eek::oEEK EEK EEK EEK!
It could be a few days before I find out the outcome - the agency haven't heard yet - but the person they need to speak to is on a training course so can only speak after hours. He needs to have spoken to someone else first and so it goes on....
Hopefully I will be able to sleep again at least now if the whole "stress" thing is over.... Nothing more I can do now but wait.... Could apply for more roles but not in right frame of mind - would prefer to know outcome from this....
Our house looks like a team of burglars went thro it so cunningly put DS on a computer ban until at least the lounge is remotely sorted.... I am currently "supervising" LOL!
DS's first day at high school went okay altho he is only with 1 girl he knows in 1 of his classes noone else. Hope he makes new friends soon! He was able to meet up with friends on his breaks tho which was something at least!
Hope you are all doing okay?Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

Aww thanksbigzippy I hope your big day goes brilliantly
just make sure to rest as much as possible running up to the day (difficult I know) and look around as much as possible, the day will go so quickly it will suprise you
I shall certainly try but it's proving difficult so far!!:o Still so much to do!
But of course :A (and what I haven't done the rain has...:shhh:)savingholmes wrote: »Hi big zippy - hope you are still watering the plants! I didn't know sis wasn't now coming to your wedding?!!!
Ah yes, for which another sibling had something to say about... apparently we should both be going to each others...*sigh*
Hopefully it'll be the latter and you can celebrate at the wedding!!savingholmes wrote: »Well I had my interview today - not sure when I will find out the outcome. I got on well with the interviewers and we had a laugh and a joke so hopefully that was a good sign but who knows????

Still not heard anything.....
Well redeemed £5 from bingoport yesterday - think I'd better start putting it towards xmas/birthday fund! Also got 90p from quidco
House is looking slightly better but still loads to do. Feel really tired....
Need to put expenses claim in for last job.... Need to sign back on... not done that yet... really hoping I won't have to but not the most sensible approach!Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

DD back to school today - yay!
DS however ill - had to take him the docs - viral infection - so second day at high school - off at home instead. I have said he has to go in tomorrow.... well I might reconsider tomorrow
I need to ring the after school club and tell them I don't need them but find it hard to do - and I am supposed to give a month's notice so not sure it will help anyway... poss bill from them this month up to £200!! which if I don't end up needing it is very frustrating but then again that is what the notice pay is supposed to help cover!Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

Well after school club were fantastic and have agreed to cancel DD's place at zero rather than a month's notice - saving me a whopping £8 a day or nearly £200 this month alone!
Hopefully I will need to reinstate it shortly but at least it gets me sorted for now...
Now I need to force myself to
a) sign back on
b) send off £130 expenses claim from last job.....
