Supers...was there any charge or indeed mention of refund on the delivery ??? I have had no email yet but from Tesco that does not suprise me

I got an e-mail saying that they could not reply to e-mails for seven days?
I contacted them asking why I had not got a reduction for using vouchers or else free delivery as it was a first order.

Really confused now. ??? ???

The e-mail said

The refund will appear on your account after we have delivered your order.

I think we should take their e-mail as proof and maybe phone your credit card provider next week for confirmation.

I'm assuming you ordered via the "extra" as opposed to "grocery" tesco.com, as the white wasn't available on grocery AFAIK. The error WAS on the Extra website.

I'd phone them and make a noise if I was you, not much point emailing as they don't respond very quickly. Might be worth checking your bank acc/credit card acc to see if they've charged you full price first though.

They ought to be consistent and you should get a refund.

Yes, I ordered through the wine shop site. I've spoken to Customer Services, and someone is looking into it and is going to call me back. Fingers crossed....

Let us know how you got on please, lakelady. I am due to receive my delivery tomorrow but still haven't had that email from Tesco so am assuming 6 per case will turn up and I'm going to need all the evidence I can get!
