hi, have had my refund but not the delivery charge, before I go complaining, has everyone had a full refund including delivery?

They didn't have to give us all free wine...

true, i'm not really miserable! but i only ordered one case, and some other full price items, which didn't turn up. So, I know i've only paid £5 for 6 bottles, but i thought it seemed that some got the delivery refunded as well.
You know what they say, you can't please everyone......!
