I was sent the refund email, accepted delivery and called the customer service today. They said that the refund had not been actioned yet and that they will sort it out asap. If you ae going to call CS then use this number 08450775555 it will get you straight to the wine dept and save you having to get passed accross.

Customer Service told me that I'd get the wine for the advertised price; but when I emailed and pointed out that I was now 12 bottles short, and would find it difficult to get more delivered before Christmas they sent this reply:

I am sorry that you did not receive the correct amount of wine as requested.

I can confirm that you will be fully refunded for the delivery and that
you can keep the delivered wine with our compliments.

I trust this is satisfactory.

I also had it confirmed by Tescos today that there will be a full refund and that you can keep the wine as well ;D

Refunds will be processed before 30th December according to the Supervisor I spoke to.

This one turned into a very nice Christmas bonus!

Just to let you all know that Tescos have already processed a full refund to my CC (including the carriage - woohoo!) so they were as good as their word.

Check your CC or bank online and hopefully you'll find the same has been done for you! ;D

Incredible!!!! I paid £55 for 4 cases, including delivery and using a £10 discount code and can see online a refund of £60 going through on the 29th

I got two cases (six bottles of red and white) but as I did not order on the extra site I did not get this for free.

I did however get £15 taken off in vouchers so am really pleased. ;D ;D ;D

No, my refund was for 4 cases @ £15 = £60; no delivery charge. As far as I'm aware, nobody got refunded the delivery cost as well.
