Must admit it though, it sounds too good to be true... so I'll wait till I actually receive the delivery before I start celebrating with ...er.... WINE!

case of 12 bottles. The case actually contains 6 bottles. However
in recognition of our error and as a gesture of good we have
decided to refund the full price of the wine. The refund will

It could mean that, its a little hard to figure out exactly what thsi e-mail means. I got it late last night and on first read I thought they were just going to refund our money, but I then realised that that wouldnt be much of a "gesture of good (will) we" ;D or recognition of their error. So on second read, on seeing "The refund will appear on your account after we have delivered your order" I decided it probably meant that we would get our delivery + full refund but we would get cases of 6 bts not 12's.

However in recognition of our error and as a gesture of good we have decided to refund the full price of the wine.

To me it sounds like we're going to get all of our money back, but who knows!

I have received this email too. Can it really be the case that they are:

1) Going to deliver all my wine on Sunday night and
2) Refund the whole bloody lot?

Seems incredibly generous. If it comes off then thank you so much to original poster. I will definitely nominate you for post of the month! (My liver might have other ideas mind).
