Loch Lomond - staying at the side of the Loch, although the man who did the booking said it is so wet at the moment we might be staying in the Loch:eek:. Better pack those wet suits.

Speak to you all again soon and hoping to be here more regularly.

    Hiya all!

PADing the rest of my PAD money for the month today, because I am running out of money a lot quicker this month, and I don't wanna be tempted to spend it on other stuff... so PAD is £120

Food for today is not great, seem to have eaten quite a lot:

Scrambled eggs, two sausages, two hash browns and mushrooms for breakfast
    Small bakewell tart
    7 strawberries
    snickers bar
    two yoghurts
    banana
    one latte

Actually, when I write it down it doesn't look too bad!

Hello everyone! Just a little £1.12 for me today.

I have a huge list of things that I need to do but I just can't be bothered to do them, anybody got any suggestions on how you motivate yourselves? Usually I'm pretty good at getting things done and a list helps me because I can cross things off - but just recently I have been so lazy! I should have gone to the gym but I haven't, I've got an assignment to write but I can't be bothered to do it, someone give me a virtual slapping please!!

    xx

Am not sure if i'm the correct person to try and motivate you, as i'm lacking in motivation myself at the moment ! ;)

    Anyway ..... here you go a " clip around the ears ! " smiley_slapbackhead.gif !!

Get your " aris " in gear and by this time tomorrow i want to hear that you have at least made a made a start on your assignment 201.gif ...
As a matter of interest ... what is the assignment and when does it have to be in by ?

An old, blind cowboy wanders into an all-girl biker bar by mistake.

He finds his way to a bar stool and orders some coffee.
After sitting there for a while, he yells to the waiter,
'Hey, you wanna hear a blonde joke?'
The bar immediately falls absolutely silent.

In a very deep, husky voice, the woman next to him says, 'Before you tell that
joke, Cowboy, I think it is only fair, given that you are blind, that you
    should know five things:
    1. The bartender is a blonde girl with a baseball bat
    2. The bouncer isa blonde woman
    3. I'm a 6-foot tall, 175-pound blonde gal with a black belt in karate
    4. The woman sitting next to me is blonde and a professional
    weightlifter
    5. The lady to your right is blonde and a professional wrestler.

'Now, think about it seriously, Mister. Do you still wanna
    tell that joke? '

The blind cowboy thinks for a second, shakes his head,
and mutters, 'No ... not if I'm gonna have to explain it five times.'

i think most of us have times when our get-up-and-go fails us! i try the same approach with myself as i use with my boys sometimes - shameless bribery (theirs is in the form of reward charts). as in - tomorrow you go to the gym, then reward yourself with something that you love to do but don't have/do that often (maybe a bubbly bath? or chocs?). or write a page of your assignment, then have a cup of tea? maybe crap examples - i've had a very long, very upside down day - but you see where i'm going!

failing that, snuggle into bed - tomorrow is another day! xxx
