    Afternoon everyone :D

    £1 savings

    TOTAL PaD £1
One step at a time ;)
  • Well, I've been doing quite well with my PADding and i have set myself a new target which i am hoping to get but then along came an unexpected bill, road tax and insurance. Where do they come from:confused:

The road tax and insurance i have kind of got in hand but the bill is for an amount not budgeted for and i was sat at work wondering how i am going to pay it, most answers led to my cc, but it on my cc and pay it back later, which means anything else that turns up will go on it and before you know it you, you are right back to where you started.

Well the light bulb struck. Use your savings, transfer them into your a/c deal with the bill there and then and then you can start to build the savings/ emergency fund up again. So haven't used my card and i can still make it to the end of the month and the bill is paid for , savings/ emergency fund is a little depleated but thats what its for.......:T:D:beer::j

YAY! Big PAd for me £300 to CRAPITAL ONE! Balance is just £69 as I managed to get them to refund a charge IF i made a decent payment. Managed to keep some of my quarterly bonus from work back to pay with and it feels great!!

    CC limits £26000

    Long term CC debt £0

Total low rate loan debt £3000

    Almost debt free feeling, priceless.

Ex money nightmare, learnt from my mistakes and never going back there again, in control of my finances for the first time in my adult life and it feels amazing.

£15.00 to Barclaycard but if they don't fix their online payments system soon then I'm going to stop giving them my pad...So if Mr Barclaycard is reading this, please fix it soon as I don't wanna run up a huge phone bill trying to pay my card [/QUOTE]

    Hi angelicmary,
I spent ages on te phone to them the other day. Gave up when they suggested it was my computer:mad: so I'm having to phone daily as well. As I'm so close to finishing this one I have to grit my teeth and put up with it. Trouble is my next PAD will also be to barclaycard:mad:
