Who can possibly say PAD is pointless?!!! Have they checked out my sig! PAD is motivating, liberating, plus it's a really simple way to tackle the debts and this thread is incredibly supportive.

Hugs to those having a tough time of it at the moment. :grouphug:

  • It did get my goat to find that message waiting in my inbox when I got back from work . . .

Ah well let them get on with it, this thread feels like a family with plenty of room at the table, if they want to stand on the outside with their nose pressed up against the glass & mock then let them. We are fighting the good fight & doing more in a day than most folks do in a month . . .

i can't believe someone would be rude enough to PM just to say PAD is pointless! clearly they haven't got the right vibe to join in with this thread, because as we all know it's a lovely one - and it works!

building work going well, nice to have the weekend "off" but back to business tomorrow. i wonder if it's possible for the house to get any dustier? :)

Sashybo - Sorry to hear about your car , hopefully you will be able to get the work done for less than £500 mechanic.gif ...

PigginSkint - Please don't let this last week put you off your diet .... blo*dy water retention ! Hopefully you will start to shift some weight this week crossfingers.gif .... I've taken a leaf out of your book and measured my waist as well .... but am not putting on here !! ....

kezlou - Congratulations to Mr Kezlou on passing his driving test thgoodone.gif ... Hopefully the car carpink.gif etc will not be too expensive .... It's still nice to see you post even if you can't make your PAD AddEmoticons04245.gif ....

Twinkles08 - Very sorry to hear about your diagnosis .... I had to look it up to see what it was ... Hopefully you will manage to " keep it under control " ... Take it easy HSpamper.gif ...

Sar - Some people include their minimum payments as their PAD , others don't .... it's entirely up to you .... I also get cheesed off with the interest on credit cards , on one of my credit cards the minimum payment is £46 a month , out of which £44 is interest , so i also feel like i am banging my head against a wall ! th_footstompingsmilie.gif...

Greenbynature -Great joke rofll.gif ... keep 'em coming ! ...

Double Trouble - Good luck with your diet goodscales.gif .... we are weighing in on a thursday if you want to join us ? ... Hope your " nether regions " have warmed up , now that you have been reunited with your drawers ! shakeass.gif...

cashless_wonder - I fully agree with everything that yourself , flying , poppy, Flower , jo and tomtom have said about the benefits of PAD bravo.gif .... All i can say about the person that PM'd you ... which is not quite as eloquent as some would put it , but quite honestly they sound like an ar*ehole ! ... If they can't see the point of this thread after reading how well we are all doing since we have started on here , then i just hope that there never comes a time when they need to be doing a PAD .....
