    Hello!

Thank you to all of you lovely people for your good wishes :D If I quoted you all individually the thread would collapse, so just know that I read all your "Well done" posts and I'm really chuffed
    thank-you.gif

Mumofthree, I hope your brother recovers soon, hugs to you and yours.

Back to earth today with a bump and a wee PAD of £1.33. I will not be posting about cleared debt for a while now - only one left and it's a loan with £6,600 outstanding :rotfl:

My plan at the moment is to build up some savings, and I will eventually use these to clear the loan.

    Hope everyone is well.

morning all! hello to all our new members. i had a little look at the mean thread yesterday, might go and see what's happened since (clearly a lot!) in a bit. glad we are such a friendly thread. :j

sarah - i love your word as well! never heard it before, but it's a very effective way to say a bad thing without it sounding so bad (the t word i can handle, the c one less so!) :D i will definitely be using it when the need arises!

terri - your food diary looked okay yesterday, well done! now, i'm no diet expert (and could certainly do with shifting at least a stone, probably two) but i do know that eating breakfast is supposed to help people trying to lose weight. was the donut the breakfast (i love jam ones , slightly warmed in the microwave, and have been known to eat "leftover" ones for brekkie!)? may help to try a reasonable sized bowl of cereal? that's what i'm going to do this week (usually scoff loads of toast) and see if it helps. i'm not going officially join the PAD diet at the moment, just want to see a few pounds disappear for motivation.

back later - i don't think i posted details yesterday (despite posting several times :o) so off to check. xxx
Mortgage free as of 11/11/15 !
:Anow... to start some serious saving :A

  • Good morning guys

Many congrats to Louley and FF for clearing balances this week, its a great feeling isnt it? Shall be joining you in 3 days woop woop

I paid another £10.00 to CC2 today so thats almost gone now, I think £50 left on it but come Tuesday that will be gone too

Many thanks to everyone for all the messages of support, if no one minds ill add a little update each day on my posts.
Not heard anything yet today but news last night was hes eaten and managed to keep it down for the first time since the crash and theyre hoping to be able to drain the cyst after theyve done further scans to be sure of what theyre dealing with.

Hes still unable to sit up properly and hes not managed to get off the bed as hes so dizzy, (imagine being very drunk and your heads spinning, you know where the only thing you want to do is sleep?)
Hopefully the high res scan should be done today and im hoping to go visit this afternoon.
Day 3 today since the accident so hes got to start feeling better soon right?

Thanks again everyone, your messages have been touching to read xx

Danko - Thanks for cushion. I will take them all thanks! I went back to read the rest of the thread but I actually couldn't do it. I really don't understand why people have to be like that. I like it hear and I am never leaving. Ever! But it will be a few years before the debt is cleared so i am safe here for now anyway!

    My PAD today is £3.69.

    Morning all.

Well done to everyone who've divorced their cc's and such like this week!

I balance transferred most of my hsbc cc over to my lower rate abbey this week. Not officially a payment, but it's nice to see the balance in the hundreds not thousands:D. I've thrown another £50.00 at it today so only £350 left to go :j:j:j I so can't wait for the day that it's cleared completely

    Have a great weekend everyone!!

I've been following that thread aswel, Gomer just went back with an attack on NID...I don't have time to sit and wait to see if it gets juicy again though cause we're getting an unexpected visit fron the in laws today, the midwife is coming at 2, my wee bro is supposed to be staying tonight and quite frankly I've got f!!!!!g flu, (all sore and tired and my chest hurts) so I'm away to prepare myself for the c*ray day ahead...oh, my pad is £2.50

Haven't got time to read everyone's posts but mumof4 I hope everything is o.k...Not sure what's going on as not read through the thread but I really have to go but wanted to send you some love before I went.

Firsty Congratulations to FF and Louley for clearing their cards:j

Mumof4 - sorry to hear about your brother hope he is okay and hugs to you and your family.

FAL - I definately would like to join you on the weekly weigh in as I would like to lose some weight before OH and I start trying for a baby again. Having the op a couple of weeks ago made me realise how much excess I am carrying around

Didn't get a chance to post my PAD yesterday but £5 for yesterday and £5 for today so a total of £10 to be counted.

OH's birthday today so we are going to Loch Earn for lunch and a walk and it looks like it may be a nice day so fingers crossed.

Hope you all have a lovely weekend.
