What's everyone having for dinner? I need inspiration
Bolognaise - making loads as we have friends coming round.

Fry off onions and peppers along with some garlic, add mince and once it's brown add in two cans of chopped tomatoes (I'm cooking nearly 1kg of mince!) some stock and a little flour to thicken. Simmer until you can't cope with smelling the goodness any longer. Eat.

    :D
