oK I have made Easter nests out of the folowing;
2 Alpen light (HEB)
2 Cadburys treat size bubbly dairy milk (17g each 4.5 syns each)
It made 4 nests ..... under 2 and a half syns each.
I have placed a mini cadburys cream egg (2.5 syns)on the top of each nest.
Making them under 5 syns each!
Obviously you could replace choc with any dairy milk and eggs with cadburys mini eggs (1.5 syns for 2 eggs)
Enjoy and :easter:0 -
Does anyone know any syn free/low syn food from Marks & Spencers please? Got loads of vouchers so thought we'd have some posh food :rotfl:(Obviously I realise fruit and veg are free!)
I would go to syns online type in M & S then various items like Chicken, potato etc and see the lower syns items:D
or check your food directoryBig Thanks to all those who post competitions you are stars!0 -

Great idea - thanks.
Off to buy some choc.... shame you can't buy treatsize individually - it would be safer :rotfl:

Melt choc over hot water or in microwave.
Crumble up 2 Alpen Lights and stir into melted choc.
Stir and then split between 4 paper cases.
Top with mini Easter eggs and put in fridge until hard.
It's better made in a very small bowl as obviously there isn't a huge amount of mixture.
You could make in bigger quantities but I
personally can not trust myself:o0 -

In Asda at the moment they have bags of sugar snaps, mange tout and mini sweetcorns at 50p per bag. Great for stir frys without breaking the bank.0

hi all hope you dont mind me joining in. I went to SW a while ago and did really well but then i found out i was pregnant with my son so stopped going. I want to go back again but im worried because ive tried other diets (weightwatchers, rosemary conley and slimfast) but my lack of willpower seems to cause problems and i end up giving in to cravings and just stop the plan.
There is a SW class local to me on a wednesday and im seriously considering going but im not sure how its going to fit in with my daily life - im a nurse and i work 730-6pm 4 days a week so breakfast and lunch is at work.
Any advice appreciated, i want to make it work this time (ive got around 2 stone to lose). Also how do you go about getting a referral from your gp?? I only found out you could do this today.

Advice please. I've bought a half leg of lamb for a roast tomorrow. Never cooked lamb before so what do I do?

Right girls, follow my example. Eggs away in the cupboard ready to be weighed out into portions......
