I think the problem is the number of syns you are consuming. When I was your weight (first time around doing SW) my consultant told me that 10syns was most appropriate for my weight loss journey. Why not try to do more EE days and eat more superfree foods on that day? Also did you not like the bhuna sauce? I LOVE it!!

    WI later...

Has anyone seen/tried the new Pizza Express weight watchers menu? Any good?

I tried one of the new WW leggero pizza's in a London PE last week. It was actually very good....not as great as the real thing but a nice step between the salads and the pizzas.
I did go to another PE this week outside of London and the new items weren't on the menu:confused:. So it depends where you live really.

REDMEL- Congrats on baby Kai......and well done for getting back to Sw so quickly!

I am still here but find my weight loss has slowed and I am now stuck @ 10stone (after losing 1 1/2 stone!) Any tips on shifting the rest guys????

I have made Tuesday's my proper weigh in night, I have put on 1lb  so not a happy bunny.

I'm doing as much exercise as i have time for, boxing once a week and jog 3 times a week.

Obviously need to be stricter with what I eat.

Hey, thanks for the reply :) I've been wondering that, but then I'm trying not to fall into the trap of gradually cutting down more and more on what I eat as I lose, as I think it's a bit of a dangerous sink-hole to get into. You end up having to be in utter control of everything, and I'm not sure that's live-able for me. Still, it's tempting to do that - I just want the weight loss to continue :(

I do like the bhuna sauce - it was the quorn pieces that sucked!! They absorbed it and went kind of mushy. Eww.

Thanks - oh, I wonder if they've not got outside London then? Hmmm. I might call my local and find out before heading over there for a let down ;)

I don't know if I can help with being stuck - I'm feeling there at the minute too!
