Hi :hello: :hello: :hello: everyone , well what can i say but well done everyone this week ,what go weight losses :T :T :T :T :T :T :T :T :T :T :T and everyone seems to be focused thats half the battle :j :j , think fresh first and superspeed , peachy x
I lost another 1lb this week :T0 -
Hello slimmers! Haven't been on for a while but am still following the SW way of eating and have lost another couple of pounds. Total is now 2st 3 lbs. :j I weigh myself once a week but don't go to group anymore. Go to keep fit class instead & am really enjoying that,
I have to say I am a bit surprised that my SW consultant has not once been in touch to see why I've stopped going. Must be 5 or 6 weeks now. I am disappointed in her TBH because I was one of the few who always turned up, who always stayed for the whole session and who always but always made nice food for taster evenings.
Well done with all your losses girls!:T0 -
Hi guys, I've not been on for a while either, been really busy and am now catching up with housework.
I almost didn't go to class Monday night because I knew I'd gained. I went and really enjoyed seeing everyone (went away for a week, than had a tooth problem for a week).
I'd put on 5lbs and instead of being upset it motivated me to get back on it big time.
I'm glad now that I did go after all and have been following the diet strictly since.
Roll on next week........................

Hi all
Penny lane :j:j you have broken through that 2st barrier - well done .. it must be those RC exercise classes ..
Lilaclille - good on you - what a great attitudeyou should have that weight off really soon if you are feeling this positive
Someone asked about cream eggs - they are 9 syns EACH!
Peachy - 1lb loss! you are wasting away girl! :T:T
To all the other losers out there (sorry not to get your names everyone) Woop! well done - there are some FANTASIC losses on here (a 7lb, a 4lb, a 2lb and lots of small regular losses) you are all fab
I am making a big push this week to lose again - 1/2lb would get me back to target (and lowest ever), 1lb would get me a shiny sticker! gotta aim for it ..0 -
Evening all,
I knew today was going to be tricky and Im struggling to count the syns Ive had so if any one can 'best guess' then please let me know what you think.
B - 1 x Ryvita fruit break (1/2 heb) - I know this isnt strictly allowed but I wanted to allow for the food on the course so tried to save my bread (:o)
L - 2 x brown bread sandwich quarters (1/2 HEB) with ham - plate full of salad and a handful of crisps, plum and strawberry
D - Ate at mums so had roast chicken / carrots / sweetcorn / boiled pots / parsnip / small york pud / small stuffing portion / 3 x tbsp gravy
The problem with the sandwich for lunch is it had a scraping of mustard and had butter on the bread
For dinner, the parsnips were cooked in oil, the york pud was also homemade from suet etc and the york pud was also homemade. Gravy was also thickened with the rest of the york pud mix
So how many syns do you think I've had? I didn't use many yesterday as I knew I would struggle today so think should be ok, but I still need somethin to count
TIA

Think I've about scraped through ok today! Still trying to stick to EE
B: 2 Weetabix 7 milk, Tea,
S: 2 apples, tea
L: HM tomato & veg soup, Muller light yog
S: apple, 1 digestive biscuit (3 1/2 syns), 2 chocolates (7 syns), HamChicken & Brocolli chow mein (Blue dragon sauce = 7 syns)
Ok - just added that up = 17 1/2 syns, atleast it's stopped me having another chocolate or Gin (depressed afer watching Eastenders and long week at work).
I am thinking about going to join a class rather than go it alone but not quite sure how I'll find the time or justify the money.
B x
PS: after stocking up at asda with muller lights i have now run out, anyone know any offers on?0 -
