Hi Angie,
Thanks - Im trying to get back into the plan so am being really careful to check it all at the mo!
Soup was chick bovril, garlic, onion, celery, carrot and courgette and is a lovely snack if I get a bit hungry, I've portioned it up in the fridge so I can have some when I get hungry - lol:rotfl:MFW 2010 Challenge (No 68) - £133.29/ £5000MFITT2 Challenge - (No 181) - Target Reduce mortgage to £130,000Mortgage @ 1.8.09 - £161160  @1.12.09 - £159052  @ 1.2.10 £157,3630 -

Good evening everyone.
Well I weighed in on Tuesday evening and have lost 1/2 lb. Not much but at least it was a loss. I'm not surprised really as we went out on Friday celebrating our 44th wedding anniversary. Sticking to the plan very carefully this week; so I hope to lose a bit more next week.
Congratulations to all those who had such great losses this week.

SpiritJoined Slimming World originally in December 05 at 17st 9lb and then followed a very hilly route. I now weigh 11st 12 lbs. Whoops, I'll now have to confess to being 12st 12lbs.:o0 -
Hi All
Well done to all losers, STS's and those carrying on regardless. Heres the results of last weeks challenge:
Not too bad overall and would like to repeat the success again this week.
1. Cook a SW meal you have NEVER had before!
Made the Pan Haggerty from the new mag, not too bad but will add some oomph next time
2. Do 15 mins EXTRA exercise in addition to what you normally do! - Increased swimming to incorporate extra 15 mins
3. Buy and eat a piece of fruit you have not had for ages! -Used blackberries in Marions' rice - lovely
4. Add your own personal target for the week here. Have managed to lose the 1lb gained last week, but found EE a little tricky - I do like my 2 HEB's so may mix it uo this week.
For the challenge this week I will need to scour the shops for a suitable veg to cook with and will let you know what I find.
Good luck to all for the next WI

Well done to all the losers and stay the samers. i have not been to class for 3 weeks, so bit the bullet and went back tonight, i had gained 2.5 lbs, which although not great, was not as bad as i expected, as my i have been terrible with take outs and sweet foods recently. Anyway will try hard to eat 100 % food optimising this week, and hopefully will get this gain off in a few weeks.Just because your paranoid does not mean they are not out to get you ! :rotfl:0

Hello Everyone,
I put on 1/2 a pound last night, damn chocolate keeps ending up in my mouth! So I have set myself a challenge this week not to eat any chocolate until after next weeks weigh in on wednesday night. I think I come on here at the end of everyday to let you all know if I have managed to go without, if thats ok?

Thank you so much! Well I ate it and enjoyed it! I have to say I would never have bought it for myself but it was yummy and well worth the sins - will have to thank my colleague! I actually think I prefered it to normal Dairy milk x0 -
