    thank you for the sausage list..... that's really helpful.

    I've tried a lot of the low cal/syn sausages before and not found the taste to be all that good.

    Think i'll be trying joes sausages seeing as a couple of people have recommended them.

    Ging x

    Yes please do try them!! I had my first delivery of them this morning and ordered LOADS to avoid P&P costs! They are FABULOUS! Arrived just in time for breakfast and I helped myself to a HUGE cumberland. I also cooked the chinese chicken portions for tea with SW chips and me and OH LOVED them! Will deffo be buying again.

    Baked Bean Lasagne Serves 4 - syn free on Green

    2 large onions, thinly sliced;
    2 red peppers, de-seeded, chopped & sliced;
    Mushrooms
    2 tins baked beans;
    2 tins chopped tomatoes;
    Salt & pepper to taste;
    Garlic;
    Splash of Worcestershire sauce
    Splash of soy sauce;
    Lasagne sheets;
    168g reduced fat cheese, grated (HEA)
    Fry-light.

    Fry onions, peppers & mushrooms in Fry-light till soft;
    Add beans & chopped tomatoes, salt, pepper & garlic;
    Add splashes of Worcestershire sauce & soy sauce & mix all together;
    Layer in casserole dish, alternating tomato mixture with lasagne sheets;
    Cover with foil & bake in oven for 30-35 mins (about 200);
    Uncover, sprinkle cheese on top & bake for further 5 mins;
    Serve with salad & SW chips.
    When life hands you lemons, ask for tequilla and salt and give me a call!!!

    Mr iKennett here...

    Just to add to the OH's post... the MSE bug in me felt the joes sausages might be too expensive.

    I have only tried the chinese chicken portions but really enjoyed them! The sausages look and smell very nice too, breakfast tomorrow! After reviewing what we have spent (£62!!) I am satisfied that the quality, taste and them being syn free is worth the cost! They are also made fresh, sent next day delivery in a well packed container with ice bags to keep them cool and fresh.

    Providing the rest of the food is of the same standard I'm sure we will re-order when running low!

    Well done to those who have lost.

    Had my weigh in today and I have gained 1lb.

    I have come home and its made me focus on my problem areas. Work is one where there is biscuits, sweets etc. Its no good me moaning I have to do something about it.. So have got a SW quiche in the oven to take to work. Will also take some rice and Mullerlight. Im determined to turn things around.
