    Hi all
I would like to join you. I have been doing SW for a year and up until last week I had lost 1 and half stone but then I put on a pound and half!:( I get married on 12th September and I would like to lose at least another stone and half by then, my trouble is that I tend to take the long route (half on, one off etc) so I need so support to keep me on the straight and narrow!
    Here are my stats
    Height: 5'8"
Current Weight: 14 Stone 5.5 Lbs
    Current BMI: 30.6
    Target weight: 12 stone 10lbs

So far today I have had:
27g Oats So Simple (HEB), 250ml Semi (HEA), satsuma and some mixed fruit (the kids at school were selling it!).
    Lunch
I have Bovril pasta (FREE) (sounds odd but tastes great, cooked and drain the pasta add bovril or marmite to taste add some cheese if you wish) with cheese (HEA), with a vanilla and chocolate muller (FREE)
    Dinner
Beef stew (FREE) (using the new OXO ready made stock its free) with 3 sainsburys basic yorkshire pubs (1.5 each)
Then have some syns to play with if I want to.
My problem is I talk a great diet but don't always do it!!!
    :p

Thanks for your reply, it was someones elses consultant on a thread message in here that didnt know the ans, im going it alone with all you kind people as my consultant was worse than that lol.

You can do this for your wedding you know, everyone is v positive and motivated to lose weight on here. I joined yesterday. We can all help eachother do this :D

I had a EE day yesterday. I think this new alternative is the answer to my prayers to be honest. How are you (and others, hello) finding it?

Have a good healthy eating day,

Well i didn't eat any of the crunchies after all ;) - i went for the rice krispie marshmallow things. Had 2 oops. Syns yesterday were 20 but i wrote 6 on today lol and with my xl mayo and crunchie on 16 so averaging 15 over the week :)

I really haven't found this diet hard yet as there is still stuff i'm learning! Have planned next weeks meals and ordered food shop (on budget too!) with quite a few new recipes to try to keep it varied. Going to try: baked bean lasagne, smash pizza, 'free' croquettes and some sw pasta quiche and red day quiche this week and some ferrerro rocher (sw style) and a choc cheesecake :)

Have joined http://www.minimins.com as they have a lovely slimming world recipe section - a lot of the above came from there! When i start to get complacent/bored/plateau i will try EE but i'm too scared at the moment lol.

Have done lots of walking this week. At least 40 mins a day this week (mon-thu) so i am hoping for a good 2ln+ loss this week :) 3days to weigh-in :)

    TODAY RED

    breakfast: muller, banana

    snack: joe's mini sausages, chicken

lunch: wholemeal nimble 2 (HEB) with home-made egg mayo (1 syn)
    muller

    snack: fruit and yoghurt

dinner: turkey 'roll-ups' (turkey brst with xl phillie in) (HEB)

    snack: crunchie 9
    marshmallow rice krispie (lastnight ;) ) 6
28g cheese (HEA) and pineapple from tin
    milk for coffee (HEA)

    Total 2 A, 2B 16syns
EXERCISE: 15min walk to friends mums there and back 30min

  • Thanks for the link Natalie - I'll have a wee look later and see if there's new I fancy on it! :D

Does anyone have any suggestions for what I can eat in Wagamama's which isn't too damaging? I still have all 10 syns for today (plus only used 5 each day since Mon - so suppose that's another 15) - plus all my healthy extra's to use up - my lovely boyfriend is taking me for dinner tonight (using the 2-4-1 voucher - this is MSE after all ;) ) - but I don't want to ruin what has been a pretty good week so far!!

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!! :D

    xx

noodles in a vegetable soup topped with marinated grilled and sliced portobello mushroom, fresh chillies, sliced red onions, beansprouts, coriander, spring onions and a wedge of lime

mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm - sounds like your in for a treat as some that food looks lush!!!!!!!!
