Had my WI last night and lost 1lb, I was well chuffed cos I've had a bad few days.
Am right back on plan this week and my consultant told me to keep up with the food diary and she'll have a looksie at it next week.
I know why I didnt loose lots though but i'm still going to do the diary cos I think it keeps me on track better.
ASTON, 1lb is still a good :Twait loss:T , its going in the right direction , go girl:dance:

:o:o:o:oThank you, but I am not really much of an inspiration lately - have just eaten 8 Fox crunch creams - feeling a little sick now!:o:o:o:o

On the plus side this is the first time I have gone astray since weigh in on Monday. I am blaming it on a terrible nights sleep and have felt like I have been sleep walking all day today!

I find half a pack of quark mixed with a fruity muller makes a nice thick mixture to spread on scan brans. Top with sliced fruit (berries are good) and it tastes like a nice cream cake (sort of :D)

ollyred , on green day use quorn sausages and any syn free coucous , on e/e its free using morrision free sausages fresh not frozen , and plain coucous so you don't have to worry about syns as you can eat quorn or meat on e/e & coucous is free on it to

I put philadelphhia light in half my quark , and laughing cow light in the other .
ALL i do is count the syn vaule of say 3 laughing cow lights & i write it down on my food dairy and i can go back and eat it freely , the same with the philli , a whole big pot for hardly and syns .
This also free up your h/a for something else on say e/e
  • oooh thank you peachy.
