I put on a pound today, I am quite disapointed s going to really focus this week.
I was not to bad this week, but went away at the weekend so a few extras crept in. Also today was the first day I wore my jeans...last week was summer skirts still.0 -

I've just had the pork & chill grill sticks for dinner , with mashed potatoe (milk no butter) broc , carrots ,cabbage , frylighted onoins , gravy 2 syn for 2 level tsp . fab
also if you order by the end of this month 10 packs you get a pack of colemans sausages free0 -

What you wear dose make a difference , i always wear the same clothes or something that feels the same weight as what i wore the last time i got weighed .fernliebee wrote: »Wow! really!
