  • Aggh I could kick myself!
Had a really crap day yestereday, then last night went to my firends and ended up having a cheeseburger and chips from the kebab shop then a snickers!
I'm so angry with myself, I have been sooooooo good and now I've just blown it, I'm back on plan this moring though but bet it's undone all my good work :(

Dont be too hard on yourself, we all need days like that, thats just life for you. You could also flexi syn, what i mean is it may not cover it all but say today and/or tomorrow you could try to have as few sysns as possible and that way kind of cover it a bit.... Not sure if that helps or makes much sense but anyhow:rolleyes:

Don't worry honestly Astonsmummy, we all have days like that, I prob shouldn't say this, but I tend to find the weeks I lose the most, are when I have had one naughty meal in a week, and then made up for it over the rest of the week by having much fewer syns per day iyswim. I drink about 5-6 pints of water a day though, and mainly eat fruit during the day so I justify it to myself! :D Naughty naughty me, cover your ears ladies! You don't need the temptation (though what with redbulls posts re empire biscuits yesterday this is nothing! Lol! :D)

I think a lot of people like them yes though Morrisons synfree ones are cheaper. We had a butchers near us that used to produce sausages that had been verified by SW HO that they were free - he did some nice flavours and they were scrummy. Might take a trip over there next week actually.....!

Well I've done it! Gone back to class so fingers crossed I don't go too hungry on my red days this week!
  • Sorry to mither Skintcatt, but which Morrisons ones are syn free?

8 pack, chilled, Eat Smart Pork Sausages £1.99 (the frozen ones aren't free)

On SW thread in Ivillage there are some reviews on Joes and a list of all syns on all sausages but I can't post the links - they come up as something else!
