Is this the yogurt? Crunch corner yogurt, banana choco balls 85g 3.5 syns on red and green.
There's a massive list of HEB's on the SW website. I found Dorset Cereals muesli on there, how about
28g alpen luxury nut crunch
28g Dorset really nutty muesli + 1 oat/scan bran
28g Sainsburys fruit and nut muesli + 1 oat/scan bran
28g tesco honey nut branflakes
If you're using the muesli I prefer to soak it in a little boiling water for five mins first so it swells up, feels like you're eating more!
Thanks for this - will pop down the shop now!
Can anyone advise on yoghurts ? I never really fancy the muller lights . Is there any kind of a more desserty type thing that I could buy off the shelf that is syn free does anyone know ? ?0 -

Wow, 5.5lb is fab, well done! Good luck with the singing, think you deserve a new outfit after doing so well!
Have you watched the US biggest loser (I'm guessing you might have). To see what they lose each week and compare it with the people in the UK version it does make you wonder what was so different. I did find the attitude of a lot of the UK contestants rather pathetic though (Jamie and Katie made me want to scream every single time they were ridiculous!). Also wish they'd make it a little more educational rather than just reality tv. Ok, so they had the website but you had to pay to sign up to the biggest loser club without being able to really see what you'd get for your money, not sure they'd have had many takers!
I was kind of stunned about the weight loss! It gave me a lift for Friday's gig though, which went really, really well. First song a bit wobbly because of nerves, but fine after that and we were one of the few spots that no-one talked through which was fab!
I haven't watched the US version of the Biggest Loser - this year is the first time I've watched any of them as I've not been a SAHM before but it fitted into my day nicely for a brief sit down and a rest! I know what you mean about Katie and Jamie they were such spoilt brats weren't they? It would have been handy if they had made it more informative - one of the trainers had a massive go at someone for eating too much chicken and I wasn't sure why - it's free on SW, so I'm guessing mostly all protein, so why shouldn't she eat it? Mind you, I'm veggie so not really up to speed on the meat eating version of SW.Slimming World convert, joined 23rd April 2009

Hi, I'm very new to this forum so please forgive any unintended posting mistakes.
I'm not new to slimming world though. Have been a member for very nearly 1 year, and have lost 3 stone (and 1.5lbs!).
I have however moved to the Isle of Man, and they don't have any SW groups over here, and aren't interested in training any consultants or starting any groups, as I already asked because I love the idea of being a consultant. I don't believe the online version offers value for money so am going it alone.
Just thought I'd share, as a way of saying hello, my favourite meals.
Red: Skinless chicken thighs (cheaper than breasts) marinaded in 0% greek yougurt (or any fat-free yogurt) and indian spice powder of your choice, I like tandoori but garam masala etc would work, or if you're not keen on indian it also works with paprika mixed with the yogurt. This is free on Red or EE.
Green: Veg kebabs. Chunks of corn on the cob, courgette, cherry toms, mushrooms and chilled quorn sausages rubbed with a cut lemon and a couple of crushed garlic cloves and grilled on skewers. This is free on Green or EE0 -

Morning all!
What's on your menu for today then (yes, I'm fishing for inspiration)
First weigh in tonight...feeling nervous...have stuck to the extra easy and 10 syns a day so don't know why I should be feeling nervous but I guess I just do  maybe it's because extra doesn't feel like any diet I've done before! Anyone else doing (done) extra easy, if so what were your losses like?0 -
Hi
I have been doing SW for about 18 months and managed to keep the weight off. I think if you have stuck to plan, the scales will be in your favour, so good luck!
It is a great eating plan. I was always doing green days, with HEBS of meat. When EE came along, I embraced it initially...but after 3 consecutive weeks of weight gain, I went back to green. Perhaps just not the plan for me, but a great plan for new starters.
Did a whole red week last week (rare for me!), wonder if I will see a difference
Today though is an EE day (have one, once a week usually)
Having pasta and red pesto (2.5 syns per tablespoon) for lunch.
and for dinner...Chicken Dopiaza as recipe in SW magazine with lots of rice, poppodum (2?) and a small piece of nan bread.
HEB will be crackerbreads with cottage cheese. HEA is sk milk
(Breakfast and)Snacks...fruit and yogurt and lots of water.Morning all!
