For some meals, I've been doing a different main element for them and me, e.g. cooked rice, veg and gravy, plus quorn fillet for me, and creamy chicken pie for my husband. He also has a sweet tooth which helps. I try and buy puddings that I'm not keen on but he is, to stop me from eating them when feeling weak. Egg custard tarts are good for putting on weight and the kids love them too, we buy those quite regularly.
Thanks for the ideas. DH does not have a sweet tooth at all but I have added pies to my menu plan for the month and added quorn for me. I have added only one pie a week as I don't want to make him have higher cholesterol! I will add lots of extras when we have veggie curry too.business mortgage £0))''(+ Barclay's business kitchen loan £0=Total paid off was £96105 PPI claimed and received £13527

That would do nothing for me as I really don't like cake, but if it was cheesecake I might be tempted.:p

I can confirm they are absolutely delicious and it feels like a real treat - they're like an ice-cream on a stick! And they've only got around 90 calories per lolly! But I don't know how many syns they are! Does anyone know?
Have checked on the SW website and the Smoothie lollies are 5 syns and the 100% juice ones are 3.5 syns, these are also delicious.0 -

2. What cereal could i have an an HE B which is nutty and crunchy & could be mixed with VLF yoghurt ? I don't fancy any of the ones in the EE booklet .

Is this the yogurt? Crunch corner yogurt, banana choco balls 85g 3.5 syns on red and green.
There's a massive list of HEB's on the SW website. I found Dorset Cereals muesli on there, how about
28g alpen luxury nut crunch
28g Dorset really nutty muesli + 1 oat/scan bran
28g Sainsburys fruit and nut muesli + 1 oat/scan bran
28g tesco honey nut branflakes
If you're using the muesli I prefer to soak it in a little boiling water for five mins first so it swells up, feels like you're eating more!0
