beachbeth - I have come up with a cunning way to get over the ice lolly thing - make your own using sugar free squash! They're lovely! Ok NOT as nice as a solero (personal favourite) but still at least I feel like I'm having a lolly. I got the cases thingys in sainsburys but I think all supermarkets sell them, big ones anyway.

lo_bush - yup, went to school there, I'm in Maidenhead! Are you in the area then?

Not seen it advertised anywhere but loads in the shop this afternoon, stating offer ends 2/6/09

Did you declare target at class? if so if you were in target the last time you went, I think you dont have to rejoin, I think you go get weighed, they see that you have gained weight and are therefore out of target, then you pay from the next week till you get back into target

Consultant on here will be able to verify it, but I am sure thats what my leader said?

This is right. You get one week to get back to target. If you don't make it, then you have to pay until you're back 'in the zone'. You won't have to pay the rejoin fee though.
I let my mind wander and it never came back!

Well, I went and joined so now have all the info!! I will be starting SW on Monday as I need to get my shopping done and write up some meal plans so I am well prepared and less likely to fall off the wagon!

Morning - I've had a hectic couple of weeks catching up with friends and so on, and been a bit poorly so haven't posted.

Stayed the same last week, but lost 1.75lb this week, so pleased with that!

Aiming for 2 stone total in next 3 weeks (which I think is realistic!).
