    Hello Guy's,
This is my first post on this thread, took the steps to join SW last night along with my 2 sisters, so hopefully I will get some good advice and support from here as well as class.
I have been on the plan before after having DD1 weighing in at 11st 4lb, and after weigh in last night after DD2 weighed 11st 3lb! so 1lb less to lose this time, (managed to achieve 8st 12lb last time around so here goes.
Good luck to everyone this week!

ARGHHH!! My Bathroom scales have gone wrong. I didn't reslise how often I hopped on them and now I think I'm getting withdrawal symptoms from my obvious addiction! I'm also getting the heebeegeebees about this weeks WI already and it's only Tuesday (WI on Thursday). Whats going on in my head !!!

I have just been to Tesco and took a chance on their own version of mullerlite yogs........thankfully they are free :D.........not free to buy I mean free to eat:rolleyes: 3 for £1 not bad I thought.
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

Hi all, been a few days since my last post. WI tonight and I'm a little nervous. Why is it that as soon as I joined SW suddenly I had all these eating out plans? Grrr. I have tried to be very good, planning to eat badly kind of works lol. Plus I'm being very good with my drink. It's my friends bday on fri and I'm driving so I dont drink lots of awful syns!! But it's my bday in 2 weeks and I've got 3 meals out planned in a week, plus a boozzy night out too! AHHH!!!

However, I am enjoying eating lots of healthy food in this glorious weather. Anyone finding they're not as hungry cos it's hot? I am and I'm worried this may affect my weight loss as I know you have to eat alot to lose weight. Still I'm doing more exercise, walking and wii fit which is fun - I even walk to my meetings as it's only round the corner from my house! lol!

    Positive thoughts to all

I have made the Tiramisu-style puddings from this months magazine (3.5 syns), and even though I forgot to add the sweetener they are still gorgeous. I used to buy the Gu puddings from Sainsburys but although they taste heavenly, I really can't justify the 20 syns!
