Day 3 on the SW plan for me and I have a really bad headache, wonder if its my body in withdrawal from the rubbish I was eating:o
Here is my planned eating for the day
B - 2 bananas, handful of grapes covered in summer fruits Mullier lite
L - Egg and Cress Sandwiches (HEB) with hellmans light mayo
D - Jacket pot with cheese (HEA) couscous with butternut squash, salad, banana rice pudding (HEA)
Milk for tea and in rice pudding (HEA)
Not sure what to use my other HEB on but I will probably have egg on toast for supper.But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -

Hi Wannabe, thanks for this. You say that it worked for you but were you loosing anyway or were you stuck at the time aswell?
Pete
I had a few weeks of nothing much happening, it went kind of like this;
April 28th +1lb
May 4th STS
May 12th -2lb
May 19th +1lb
So basically I was the same weight on May the 19th that I was on April 21st, which was really getting to me, I deserved the first +1lb, but I was trying really hard from April 28th onwards, so I really varied what I was eating and 2lb came off, maybe it was going to anyway, but I do know when I get stuck in a rut in definately slows things down!!I believe that I have the strength to make my dreams come true:T September Challenge £5 per day - £0/£150 :T0 -

I assume this is a red day?? as long as you only have 28g cheese, wholemeal bread and use no butter on your toastie it looks ok to me, I must admit I haven't thought of toasties but I do enjoy them, thanks for the idea!!! Not sure if the WW yogurt is syns as I usually have the danone activia fat free ones or shape fat free, so I would double check that!I believe that I have the strength to make my dreams come true:T September Challenge £5 per day - £0/£150 :T0 -

I really need some inspiration. Feeling flabby and am going on holiday in a few weeks and its all inclusive too!:eek:
I can diet and not eat rubbish all day long but its the evenings that get me. Its just too easy to sit with a glass of wine or malibu and relax and then one leads to another and then I start craving a packet of crisps or toast! If I can just get through the evening then Im fine! Easier said than done though - especially with OH having a can of beer and both him and daughters sitting eating crisps etc!
Never mind - got to give it a try. Any tips for keeping away from the rubbish in the evenings would be appreciated.0
