Just been out to lunch with some of the women at work. Had a lovely cheese souffle and salad.
Weighed myself this morning and have lost precisely nothing this week, but my trousers feel looser, so I don't really care much yet (will do if it doesn't start shifting again soon) Have lost about 7 lbs since restarting, so can't complain.
Puddings, I love Lidl greek yogurt with spenda and cinammon when I want a sweet hit. I suppose you could try it with sweetener and cocoa, I haven't tried that.

    Hi Peeps

    i`m still here - just :o

Ta for missing me Mazzers & Sistercas :A

I just feel like such a fraud atm as i`m half heartedly lcing and having the odd cheat day - i`m just too busy to prepare anything atm and if i`m not a couple of days prepped in advance with my food then i`m useless lol. Mazzers - Your cookathon the other day looked fabby - I`m very jealous :D

I have been reasonably good apart from one day when i fell off the wagon quite spectacularly, but thats in the past now :D

Another seven days to go after this one and then i should be back to normal i hope. I`ve spent all my spare time these last few days putting together flat packed furniture and my poor hands are suffering badly. I have a huge sore in the palm of one hand from the blooming screwdriver, i`ve just come back downstairs for a cuppa and i`m probably going to have a nap instead of going back up. Just had a hot roast pork sandwich on lc bread and i`m feeling sooo tired. I`ll negotiate all the cardboard boxes and then snooze methinx.

Good to hear that we have so many peeps who are losing :j
Keep up the good work everyone and i``ll be back properly soon.

    SD
Planning on starting the GC again soon :p

Watched 'Big Fat Fiasco' this evening. All about how the 'evidence' on which healthy eating advice over the last few decades was/is based - i.e. fat is bad - was borne out of 'bad science'. Interesting stuff.

Spent the last half hour or so trying to find a recipe which I used to make some quite tasty cheese scone-type things a few months back.. used soya flour, cheese, baking powder I think... possibly a little yeast too.. Hrmph!

Well done Hann, 5lb is great :T
You dont seem to eat an awful lot tho and are very good with your exercise so well deserved :)

Had my magic bullet for a few years now, best gadget i ever bought, had it from ebay, was half the price of the tv ads.
All the bits are sold seperately if you need to replace anything, would def replace if it bit the dust as couldn't live without it now.
Makes fab fruit smoothies in the summer (not for me sadly) and have even ground coffee beans and cinnamon sticks in it, i'm sure it would grind rocks!!!

Barmaid there is lasagne on the recipe link, very lush if i say so myself.. ask SD she likes it, is like real lasagne ;)

Sofababe, hard to believe drinking water would make you retain, goes against everything we are told, but proof is proof i spose.

    Hello to puddings :)
