    thank you mazzers :j
nuttybabe wow well done on the bargain and the size 10 :D
meal plan looks really good pinkprincess i shall steal some ideas.

I've been pottering around the house for a few hours and done some exercise. I haven't done much lately so decided to do something quick as still feeling very lazy:
    10 push ups + 10 jump lunges x3
20 back leg kicks in plank position + 10 dive bombers x2
    30 jumping jacks + 30 second plank x2
It took about 10 minutes and I'll do it again later. During X factor me and OH exercise during the breaks, we do push ups, crunches and jumping jacks and by the end of the show our muscles are very sore

My cousin is back from the US for xmas and has done some shopping there for me. She's bringing me some Hollister jeans but they're a size 5 so I need to lose about an inch off my waist and hips or they'll end up on ebay in the new year :o
Living cheap in central London :rotfl:
  •:eek: That is shocking. It should taste like heaven for that many carbs!

It was McDonald's, nothing tastes like heaven from there!! :rotfl:
Your weekly mealplan looks gorgeous btw

I treated myself to some S&V peanuts yesterday and they were just so heavenly!!

Mmmm, were they KP?? I used to always have them, they were my weekend treat. You do have to go careful though, too many & you end up with swollen Angelina Jolie lips!! :o

    Hello everyone :)

The carb-fest continued last night with pringles & 2 profiteroles but back to being angelic today :A Got weighed this morning & I've put a lb on (that I'd lost during the week) so I'm actually the same weight as I was on Monday - I'm telling myself it was no harm done but we'll see at my official weigh-in next week!! :p

    B - protein shake
L - buttered crispbreads with topping
    D - chilli & veg

    Happy LC days :)

  • Enjoy your bottle of red mazzers :) I can recommend the half-price rioja on offer at the Co-op atm - we have 10 bottles in the garage ;)

Hubby has been to get the Christmas tree so I really must try & get into the festive spirit now - I do feel like a bah humbug lately & have done virtually no shopping for pressies at all :(

Think I'll get tonight's chilli on the go & then sit down with a coffee & a couple of squares () of 85% choccie :)

I'm thawing out on the sofa, the house is a tip and i don'y want to move:o

Think i'll have a quick look in the cupboard - just to check on the crisps mind :p

    I've got a few stashed too :)
Also got a case of finest champagne that only cost £1.69 :money:
and a free bottle of 16 year old port :D in fact, i'm going for a glass right this minute :)
  • Sunny, have the kettle chips survived unscathed?? ;)

We are down to 9 bottles of rioja in the garage :p I had to have something to numb the shoulder pain :o

The ridiculously mahoosive Christmas tree is decorated (badly) & festive music has been listened to & Elf watched - I'm now officially 'Christmassy'

Am stalling quite badly and think it may be due to too much coffee, too much wine and not enough water - would I be right? other than that i am sticking to lc - have had 10 for dinner to-night and was able to do lc but it's the wine etc etc. I am not talking copious amounts here - just the odd one or two or three glasses - and I can only see it getting worse between now and Xmas - I can see all my good work going slowly down the tubes here and getting worried. Help!!!!!

Dont think it's the coffee, but the wine will def stall you, if you're sticking to lc tho maybe you'll not lose and wont gain either.. just pick up where you left off after xmas :)

I think i've undone all my good work tbh, i'm scared to weigh :(

Need two days lc before i go back to work to get rid of the bloat or my uniform wont fit :(

    Ah well maybe tomorrow.
