Whooooooo...hi sweet! Just spotted your name popping up on the new posts link.
Long time no see (I just don't get on with FB :rotfl:).
If you're all coming back I might go on a diet again.Where's Maz?
Hellooooooo stranger:D:D
Yes, I'm back LCing, 2 whole weeks on IPD without any cheating :A Ok, I may have had a bottle of wine over the last 2 nights which I shouldn't have had in the first two weeks of phase one, but apart from that I've been as good as gold
So how are you doing?! It's been aaaages since we last 'spoke'I still see Maz, Mercy & daisy posting on FB. Totally agree with what Barbara/Nigella/Sunny (:p) said ^^^ about us becoming good pals on here, I do miss that
So are you coming back then?? You know you want to
I think that i`m a bit of a piggy when it comes to pizza toppings and try to cram everything on themI usually spread the thinnest layer of tomato puree on and then add a good sprinkle of oregano then a thick layer of cheese, after that its ham, salami, chillies, onions, peppers, lts of black pepper and then more cheese:D I like red hot spicy pizzas too so often put flaked chillies on as well as slices lol. I know what you mean about the base sticking, these days i make it in the remoska and that seems to have solved the problem.
Nomnomnom & nom some more - sounds bloomin' gorgeous!! :drool: Thank you0 -

Great loss sweet :beer:
I got weighed this morning and i seem to have gained 3lb :eek:
I moved the scales to another spot on the floor and it was 2 :rotfl: I`m going to be good today and not have ANY voddie or choccie or wine - and i mean it too!
I don't think that the bread would work really as it seems to go all weird if messed about with, i love the cauli base though so not a problem really. The oregano and black pepper make any pizzaBuffy_the_Vampire_Bat wrote: »Thanks for the swede tip Sunnyday, I'd never have thought of doing that! :wave:@ everyone
:wave: its great, sooooooooo easy. I cooked one last night to make cottage pie topping and it was lovely. I've never eaten so much of the stuff:D
I think that besides the voddie and choc thing that i seem to have going on atm the other thing thats making me gain is probably coffee.
I only ever drink it on the early shift to see me through so two weeks out of seven, i always go for the magnificent strong java stuff and it really helps to prop my eyelids open. I make one cafetiere and drink half at home and pour the other half into an insulated mug and take it to w*rk with me. I can`t see me managing without that tbh so i`l lump it for the next 3 days and then i`m off it again when my shifts change.
Today for brekkie i've had bacon, sausage,scramblies and mushrooms.
Dinner was ham & cheese and a slice of lc bread with pate.
Later there's only me to cater for so i'll be having a plateful of pastrami with gherkins and mayo

I found some pork scratchings in Sainsburys "Mr Porky". They sold them individually in packs the size of a pack of crisps and in a multi pack which were half the size.So a big pack was my saturday night treat
i'll allow myself another pack in case of emergencies only before saturday

I'm really stuck for breakfast ideas
Pre low carb i ate granola and pouring yoghurt. so I made some home made low carb granol and it was so sickly I couldnt face it any more after about 5 days. I dont have much time in the morning and usually take my breakfast to work and eat at my desk this suits me better. also that early in the morning i dont think i can face eggs.
today i took some cold turkey and cheese and ate that but it didnt really fill me up.
Can you share your breakfast ideas?You're not your * could have not of * Debt not dept *0 -

Individual shops obviously vary, mine doesn't sell them0 -

Do you have access to a microwave at work or is cold the only option?
We have a microwave and my all time favourite breakfast is bacon, eggs and mushrooms. Sometimes i`ll have sausages too.
Another fave is smoked salmon and scarmbled eggs or just plain hardboiled ones or an omlette. Sorry i`m not being much help as they all have eggs. I just nuke them or if its quiet i`ll scramble them there as there is an electric ring and they take two mins.
Tinned fish is another option, sardines or mackerel. I love these and hoped that i`d go back to eating them with the lc bread toasted but it seems to burn and turn into charcoal quickly lol. I might have another try though
I take packs of cooked meat and have with a dollop of mayo and tubs of precooked sausages, i can pretty much eat anything at anytime apart from the first hour or so that i get out of bed so i`m quite dangerous where diets are concerned

Hi peeps
Another couple of breakfast ideas -
pigs in blankets or just plain high meat content sausages (made beforehand & reheated in micro or eaten cold) dipped in mayo;
omelettes (these can also be made beforehand & reheated in micro);
GG crackers (from Holland & Barrett 2.9g carbs each) with butter and cheese/pate;
a boiled egg or egg mayo to go with cold meat & cheese would make it a bit more filling
Well I bought some Pork Curls (seasoned pork rind) from Home Bargains today - 29p for a small bag. I've never fancied them before (always thought they looked too much like toenails for my liking!!) anyway, decided to give them a try, but on reading the small print I've changed my mind - "Although extra care has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain _pale_ Suitable for those with strong healthy teeth" :rotfl::rotfl: My teeth are fine, but I've decided not to bother eating them after reading that - think I'll stick with my whole almonds instead0
