Am i in the confessions thread?? i am, good, i'll confess then..
Have been so good, only had two crispbreads for brekkie at 7.30 am, a p*xy salad for lunch at 12pm, and as i had a slow puncture i had to go straight from work and queue for a new tyre, so i came in starving and ate chocolate, and now the floodgates are open i've has fizzy sweets and five biscuits
Where will it all end??
Ah well, i'm kn*ckered so i'm off for a nap.
Oh and i certainly wouldnt feel guilty at having a drink in the afternoon, in fact, i recommend it!0 -
well seeing as we are 'fessing up ... i have just had chocolate , chocolate eclairs, just made a chocolate cake which is cooling and has a bit missing already ( burnt my mouth on that !) and i know i havent finished yet0

Oh bl00dy hell, this thread has turned into 'Confessions 'R' Us' :rotfl:
I think there must be something in the air today as I've been naughty as well, first time in agesI started feeling 'weak-willed' in the Co-op, there were so many goodies on offer (bad supermarkets, encouraging peeps to pig ) but I actually managed to get out of there unscathed & had my saintly low-gi lunch back at home. However, later on I made myself a coffee & I couldn't resist the lure of the shortbread biscuits & a slack handful of DD2's toffee eclairs
Also, the mince is still in the fridge as I couldn't be bothered to make my low-gi chilli so I had dinner of the pizza & chips variety instead
Not good & feel carp now0 -
I didnt reliase i had become such a chocaholic, really craved it earlier.
Have put it behind me now though and have had sausages and eggs, a bit late 10 o'clock but i was hungry after my nap.
Mind you, i hardly drink alcohol anymore so thats a good trade off i think0 -
Where is everyone?
Am shattered this morning, think it's all the rushing around.
Hopefully i will do better today0 -
Well folks I'm off out of here too
the thread has moved on from the original purpose and no longer works for me. Please understand that this is not a criticism of anyone or this thread, the nature of the world and those in it is evolution.
For the many contributors who love this thread I wish you all well in your ups and downs and thanks for all the help in the past!

Morning :hello:
Are we all feeling sheepish after yesterday's shenanigans?! I know I am
I still don't feel 'in the zone' but have had a low-gi brekkie, albeit not my usual, so will try & be good today, not promising anything though.

I'm here, just. Didn't want to get up this morning, case of 'same **** different day'.
Yesterday was my annoyed day, this is my can't be @rsed day, tomorrow will be my woe is me day and then probably Thursday will be D day if you get my drift. Same routine every month. It gets boring, even for me.
I've given up doing anything food wise until the end of the week. Waste of time and I don't need the added stress tbh. I'm in a holding pattern at the mo'.Herman - MP for all!0 -
Morning:) I feel sorry to see people go:(you do have to be in the right frame of mind though to do this, I have put on 1.5 lbs in the past couple of days and I havent even lapsed:( the only thing I think of is I'm eating more carbs because I've been trying out lovely recipes on here so today I'm going back to 20 or under and see if I can get myself back on track also the past couple of days I've had one cup of decaff coffee with 2 splenda and that dosent seem to of helped, for gods sake, one cup of coffee:eek:hope everyone has a better day today and if you dont at least try to enjoy what your eating with minimal guilt;)Thank you for this site MartinThe time for change has comeGood luck for the future0

Time will tell whether this is a good idea or a bad one.
