ok the time has come for me to bid you all farewell im afraid - im off to diet pastures new ......

i simply cant keep up with LC'ing at the moment - im fine mon - fri but at the weekend i want treats - not massively unhealthy things but some pitta and dips new potatoes with my dinner a peice of toast with my breakfast but as we all know you cant go off plan with LC as you get the worst of both worlds - high fat high carb = high weight gain very quickly !!

so im off to try slimming world and im going to join up properly and go to the meetings and stuff - am sick of being unhappy with how i look in the mirror
i didnt pay over 9k for 2 tummy tucks and lipo to be fed up about my body and thats all down to me
after i recovered i was 10' 6lbs and i felt great and its crept up and up with holidayds christmas and more recently comfort eating due to stress
so that will be my goal wieght and i am guessing it will mean about a 21lb loss - havent weighed in ages as was scared to but can see how i look and more importantly how tight and uncomfortable everything feels
i even contemplated getting a pair of size 14 work trousers so they were more comfortable but i came to my senses and realised it was the top of the slippery slope !!!

    mucho hugs xxxx

loosing weight is about finding a system that works for you and your lifestyle, there is no right answer

good luck and i hope it SW works for you

    Will miss you.

Eric is right though, you need to find something that you feel comfortable with and that you can work with.

Don't be a stranger though, we still speak to escapees. ;):D

    Wish you loads of luck.

Sunny, methinks I need to get myself a remoska, like the sound of just one pot cooking :) What size have you got??

    HI Peeps,

Sweet - I have the standard size remoska and i love it, it does take longer to cook things but is very energy saving and easy to clean. It makes fabby cakes

I`ve just had another curry :o very quick and a cheats curry cos i used tinned stuff :o tinned stewing steak (on offer in M&S) a jar of MrS jalfrezi sauce and onion and a cup of rice, only half an hour to cook and one pot to clean.

Just been checking the freezer to see what i`ve got stashed in there for when i start back on the lcing, need sausages :D I find i can`t live without them, bacon too. I shall make a list from the meal planner. I`ve bottled some parsnip wine after getting home from work and got to say its lovely. Feel a bit squiffy now as i kept pinching a bit, have saved some for later that wouldn`t fit in the last bottle so thats me sorted :D

Daisy - Good luck with SW, i did it ages ago and found it quite easy to stick to.

Right need to sort out the kitchen before it gets dark. I keep forgetting to fix the light in there, if i`m not careful it will be pots by reading lamp here :o

Ugh. Have had stinking pain in my sinus (left) all day, started as headache, moved around my head, got to my teeth and jaw, now sitting across my face. Can feel inside of nose starting to block too. Pants. I never get headaches so have been thoroughly wimpy and slept two hours this afternoon, now feeling sorry for myself in early bed. Cank.

I get a bit run down when i'm dieting, seem ok with lc tho.

Hopefully you are feeling better after a good sleep.

Hi peeps. Nothing much to report. Getting to that time again so the anti-social tendancies have crept in. :( Will take myself off to visit the couch today methinks. :)

Sarah, hope you feel better soon. x

    Happy Monday all.
