I've just been for a long(ish) walk. Yay me!
Then what did I do? I came in and ate the last easter egg sat on top of the fridge.
I am a total failure. *&*&^%^^%!!* ( < How come my expletives never look as convincing as other people's? :rotfl:)
What am I going to do? I need fixed. I clearly have some sort of deep routed 'pig gene'. I'm beginning to seriously think I need help of some sort. Counselling, or hypnotherapy or some such thing.
I have heard a theory that overeating and self saboutage when dieting which a lot of us do while dieting are another form of self harm. I know that in the past when I have binged it has been when I have been stressed. Counselling definitely helps you get to the bottom of your issues. Most of us have lots of things we are dealing with and there is a limit to how many things you can deal with at the one time. Another thing is although we don't want to remain heavy it is often difficult to deal with change and are we confident enough to deal with a new us.0 -

The levels they are measuring are almost beyond none existent as well, 1 part per 2 million... I used to play with mercury all the time as a kid, i had a pot with about 250cc of it, I drank a tea spoon of it for a bet which would be like eating a billion fish on this scale, I don't recommend it as it creates near instant explosive diarrhoea...
I was working outside for the 6 months after the rector went critical so got a good long dose of radioactive material as well.
!!!!!! all you can do about it apart from drive your self mad worrying about it, or the 2000 lbs of BSE infected meat I ate or the 500 birds with bird flu that landed on my house, or the 3 hours a day i spend in traffic sucking in benzine fumes.
LOL. Couldn't agree more.
My Dad is a chemist who spent years elbow deep in things they now won't let anyone touch at all. Whenever I see these scare stories I think of his attitude and the fact he's still pretty healthy at 76. If we avoided all the things that *might* be bad for us we'd have to live in bubbles and eat nothing!0 -

Morning everyone (just):D
I``ve sorted out todays nosebag.
Brekkie - Smoked salmon, mushrooms & scramblies
Dinner - Salami & cheese
Tea - Peppered smoked mackerel & leafy green salad
Snax - Strawberries & cream and maybe pork steaks if i can manage to cook them before w*rk but i have some standy chicken wings in the fridge there if not.
The steaks have yesterdays date on but i`m sure that they will be ok to cook tomorrow.
Just caught Majorie mastiff sneaking off into the kitchen to steal whats left of the catfood :rotfl: Just how she thinks that i`m not going to notice her attempts to innocently wander past i`m not sure:D She`s such a character !
Need to do a bit of a shopping list as DH is shopping this week and i can`t remember when he said he was going. i`ll probably get some more strawbs as theres only enough left for today and tomorrow and i`m hooked on them
